Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Anela when you use anela.ai, the Anela app, the AI builder and the hosting of the sites you publish with us. By creating an account or using Anela you agree to them. Anela operates from the United States.

1. Your account

You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account, and if you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission. Keep your sign-in secure and let us know if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what you build and publish with your account.

2. What you can build

Use Anela for things that are legal and do not harm people: no malware, phishing or scams, no content that endangers children, no harassment or spam. If something breaks these rules we may take it down, and repeated abuse can close an account.

3. Your content

What you create is yours. You give us the permission we need to build, host, show and distribute it the way you ask us to, and nothing more. Published sites may carry a small "Made with Anela" badge.

4. The AI builder

The AI builder writes code and content from your instructions, and it can make mistakes. Review what it builds before you rely on it, and keep your own copy of anything important: you can download any project as a zip at any time.

5. Credits and billing

Paid plans and top-ups are priced in credits, which the AI builder uses as it works. Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing cycle, and purchased top-up credits do not expire. Prices include VAT where it applies, and payments are handled by Stripe. If a build fails because of a problem on our side, write to [email protected] and we will sort it out.

Referral program

You can share your personal invite link. When someone creates an account with it, they get bonus credits, and you earn credits when they build their first app and when they buy credits, as your Referrals page describes. Only accounts created with your link count, and only once per person. Referral credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and expire as your Referrals page says. You may not invite yourself, create accounts to collect credits, sell or trade links or credits, run paid ads on the Anela name, or send your link to people who did not ask for it. When you post your link, say that you earn credits from it. We may hold, review or take back referral credits that look like abuse, or that came from a payment that was refunded or disputed. We may change the rewards or end the program at any time; credits already in your account stay yours until they expire.

6. If we restrict something

If we take down a site or restrict an account, we tell you what was restricted and why, and how to appeal. Reply to the notice or write to [email protected], and a person will review your appeal. In the EU you can also turn to a certified out-of-court dispute body.

7. Our service and our responsibility

Anela is in early access. We work hard to keep it available and to protect your data, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.

8. Changes and ending your account

We may update these terms as Anela evolves. We post the new version here with its date and tell you about significant changes in the app or by email. You can delete your account at any time from your settings, which removes your projects and your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
